As a Branding Specialist, I work with musicians to create a brand image that we can then market and sell to Sponsors.  It is important for us to study the artist, understand the things they really like.  Whether a particular clothing line, tennis shoe, restaurant, or airline.  We believe the artist has to love the product they represent.  We work with sponsors to create a matrix of information feedback which dictates a quantifiable result for the sponsor.  Our goal is to create long term working relationships between artist and sponsor which is mutually beneficial.  I choose to work with only a handful of artist.  I don’t believe in a numbers game of how many people we can represent, but rather the quality we can representation.
